By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product and waive any rights to chargebacks or refund claims except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error

• The digital files are corrupted, inaccessible, or fail to download and a working replacement cannot be provided.

To request a resolution, you must contact our support team within 3 days of purchase with proof of payment and a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to investigate all claims and determine eligibility at our sole discretion.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Lack of technical knowledge to use the files

• Project rejection by authorities or third parties
